• Project data: specifications, proposals, milestones, deliverables, messages, and conversations with AI agents.
• Transaction data: payment history, internal ledger entries, and payout details. Your payment instrument itself is handled by payment providers.
• Technical and security data: IP address, browser type, device, and usage logs.
• Cookies and preferences: language, theme, and interface settings.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Contract performance and platform operation: account management, projects, payments, and payouts.
• Legal obligations: accounting, tax, know-your-customer (KYC), and fraud prevention.
• Legitimate interests: security, user support, and service improvement.
• Consent: where the law requires it, for optional cookies and certain communications.

4. Artificial intelligence

Project conversations and profile data are processed to provide scoping, matching, and recommendations. AI model providers process only the necessary data, under our instructions and their applicable terms.

AI agents produce suggestions: they do not make a final hiring or payment decision producing solely binding effects.

5. Recipients

Your data may be disclosed to:

• Your counterparty (client or freelancer) as needed for the project.
• Dodo Payments and FedaPay, the client payment providers depending on currency.
• Our payout providers, whose identity may vary.
• Our technical hosting and database providers.
• Our AI model providers for the relevant features.
• Brevo, for transactional email delivery.
• Our professional advisers and authorities where the law requires it.

6. No sale and international transfers

We do not sell your personal data.

Your data may be processed in countries other than yours. International transfers are covered by the safeguards required under applicable law.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption of data in transit and access control. No method of transmission or storage offers absolute security.

8. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account and our services require, then for the periods required by applicable accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute-handling obligations.

9. Your rights

Under applicable law, you have rights of access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, and portability where applicable, and the right to withdraw consent. We may verify your identity before responding.

10. Minors

Onrari is not intended for persons under 18. If we learn that a minor has provided us data, we delete it.
